In order to confirm a booking with HeliWine.com, the Customer must pay the cost of booking in full 48 hours before departure or the Customer will be assumed to have cancelled their booking, and the cancellation policy applies. To make a booking with HeliWine.com within 48 hours of departure, the Customer must pay the full cost of the booking.
Please note: Unless requested otherwise, HeliWine.com will take the complete cost of tour at the time of confirmation of the booking. Unless requested otherwise, all flights depart from Cape Town International Airport.
Within 48 hours: Customer will be charged the full cost of the booking.
Customer ‘no-show’ for booking departure: Customer will be charged the full cost of the booking.
Greater than 48 hours notice: Customer will be charged 50% of the cost of the booking. Should HeliWine.com and the Customer be able to reschedule the booking within 30 days of the original booking date, this charge will be credited to the rescheduled booking.
HeliWine.com reserves the right to cancel a booking should the Customer demonstrate behavior that may put the safety of flight operations at risk. Such a Customer will be charged the full cost of the booking.
HeliWine.com reserves the right to cancel any booking on or before the date of the booking at their discretion for any reason, including but not limited to, poor weather, maintenance requirements, and lack of aircraft availability. The booking will be rescheduled for departure within 30 days of the original booking date.
